As president of NexGen Industries, Hilary has supported clients in championing energy investment policies that promote climate preservation and community impact by designing, developing, and financing cutting edge energy conservation projects with positive economic and social ROI.
For decades, Hilary has identified and sourced funding for projects in a variety of markets: education, municipal, healthcare, and commercial real estate development. Skilled in project management, strategic planning and implementation.
Tim Michaels President ERG
As President of Energy Resource Group, Mr. Michaels has directed energy conservation and alternative fuels designs and studies for Business, Industry, Institutions and Governmental Organizations. Research grants and contracts have led to the development of a state-of-the-art Computer based Data Acquisition System, including all hardware and software design. ERG has developed a variety of software tools for sale that are used for energy conservation and solar analyses and design.
Over the years, Mr. Michaels has developed a variety of appropriate technologies, building designs, and economic development plans to meet the needs of economically disadvantaged populations.

President of GRP-Wegman with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Safety Management Systems, Management, Welding, Contract Management, and EPC. Strong business development professional graduated from SIUE.
